I was in Socorro to visit the Trinity Test Site. I needed a good and early breakfast and this place had all the earmarks of a great place to eat–including the local law enforcement catching their breakfast. I still remember the huevos racheros con salsa verde, (Socorro, New Mexico, 2005)
