Lighted Spaces and Landscapes

The bright red legs make this bird easy to name. However they can distract you from the blue and black feathers of the male red-legged honeycreeper. He paused at the fruit just long enough for a few photos. You will see some more some other day. (La Unión de Guápiles, Costa Rica, 2026)
