Out with Kathleen and Bella the Greyhound on a fabulous day on Lake Michigan. Seems like yesterday, but it was 45 years ago today that Kathleen and I went out for the first time.. (Kenosha, Wisconsin, 2013)

Bella the Greyhound was very tolerant of this old dog. We had taken her for a long walk in the woods. This was always one of my favorite shot of the two of us. (Kenosha, Wisconsin, 2012)

I love walking along the Chicago River. Like most urban rivers, it used to be more industrial. As the city grew, it became a more interesting visual space. I was headed to some meeting when I grabbed this shot. (Chicago, Illinois, 2014)

I finally got my chance to walk across the Mackinac Bridge. It was a lovely day to walk across the longest suspension bridge in the Western Hemisphere. Great views, but don’t walk on the grate. (St. Ignace, Michigan 2014)

A quiet autumn walk through Petrifying Springs Park. (Kenosha, 2012)
