Lighted Spaces and Landscapes

I was driving between Phoenix and Albuquerque on the 60.when I saw these satellite dishes. I recognized them from the movie “Contact.” What surprised me was that it was one of the few days it was open for tours. I learned that “The Very Large Array” consists of 28 dishes across this desert basin. They can be moved an positioned for different projects. (Magdalena, NM, 2005)
